Simply put > > > Faith, Family, Friends & Football. I am a Christian, happy to share my faith. I love spending quality time with my family & friends playing board games, watching movies, hiking, ice & open water fishing, bow hunting with my husband, hanging in town eating good food & drinking a brandy old fashioned sweet with cherries, playing bar games ‘for entertainment purposes only’, chilling around a bonfire and overall enjoying a blessed life with those I love. And in my free time I am the new Friends of Mukwonago Athletics (FOMA) President, working with my talented board raising funds to support local athletes, amongst other volunteer opportunities throughout SE WI.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
Married for almost 27 years to the love of my life and partner in crime, Kenny, plus a super proud (& sometimes braggadocios) mom of two young men, Josh (22 – Senior at UW-Whitewater majoring in Elementary Education, minoring in special Ed and coaching for 8th grade Braves) and Cole (19 – Freshman at Winona State, majoring in Business Admin, minor Business Law)

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
Currently using 25+ years as HR professional experience as the Strategic HR Consultant and Owner of aHRrow, LLC. I help small business owners develop and build their HR culture & strategy so that they can focus on growing their business. I truly enjoy being a connector, helping people find the resources they need, be it a job, an employee, a painter, an HVAC pro, whatever! I love helping the owners get HR off their plates so they can focus on why they got into their business in the first place, and then grow it, sometimes to the place that I am helping them hire their first full-time HR employee. Super cool when I get to hire my replacement!

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
You can usually find us on Taco Tuesdays at Sol de Mexico, Kenny & I like to sit at the Fork & the Road bar for apps & drinks for a quick date night, I like to network over smoked brandy old fashioneds at DAA, and you just can’t beat a hot fudge raspberry sundae from Culvers.

Kenny & I plan to visit all 50 states, <10 to go in the next 5 years, then onto National Parks!

No particular band, usually a quick Alexa request to play “80’s, Country, Chrisitan Rock” or “my play list” for some fun surprises as we share our account with our boys, which ranges from Frank Sinatra to Post Malone.

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
