I was born and raised in Mukwonago. I graduated from MHS in 1992 and went to UW-Whitewater and graduated with a BBA in Office Systems (information technology) in 1996. After getting married my wife Amy and I decided that Mukwonago was a great place to call home. We love the community. It’s small, quiet, and you still can get to know most everyone.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My Wife Amy and I will be married 25 years in June. We have two children in college. Riley (21) graduated from MHS in 2019 and attends Arizona State University Online. Mara (18) Graduated in 2021 and attends the University of Wisconsin Parkside. And a dog (Miller).

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I worked in the family grocery business for years, and then I spent seven years working for IT Service providers. I hated it and decided to buy a Franchise in 2005. So Amy and I bought a Budget Blinds franchise. We sold it in 2019. After selling the business I became a business broker (I bought a Murphy Business Sales Franchise) and also have my real estate license and work with Twelve-2 Commercial Group selling industrial real estate.

That’s tough. I think everyone is interesting, there are so many people that have moved here because it is such a great community. I can’t really single out one person.

Always be yourself and behave yourself, you never know who is lurking around the corner.

Bill Belichick – No I’m not a Patriots fan, but I would love to pick his brain on being successful. David Allan Allen’s

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
Good Question!  I really like that Mukwonago is “out in the country” and centrally located and a short drive toother larger communities.  You can be to Waukesha in 20 minutes or less, Lake Geneva or Milwaukee in 30 minutes and Racine in 45 minutes.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
That’s way too far in the future. I’m more of a here and now kind of person.

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
My family knows this, but not all my friends, I’m a baby whisperer. You give me a crying baby, and I’ll have them calmed down and sleeping in 5 minutes.
