Born and raised on the south side of Milwaukee, I learned of Mukwonago’s position on the map because 5 of my college roommates were all graduates of Mukwonago High School. Unbeknownst to me at the time, we would move here when we were pregnant with our first child. Fast forward many years later, and our kids are now classmates/teammates! It has been an incredible place to raise our family! We’re grateful to be part of the community and I’m blessed to help others share in the experience through real estate.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I am the wife to my AMAZING husband, Andy, and mom to Danielle (Freshman at UW-Oshkosh), Jayson (Junior at Mukwonago High School) and Madison (Freshman at Mukwonago High School).

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
This August I will celebrate 4 years with Shorewest Realtors. Previously, I was a teacher in the Mukwonago School District and business developer prior to that. I have big plans to secure my broker’s license in the next few months-stand by for BIG things happening!

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
I enjoy the ham and cheese omelette at Blue Bay, pepper burger at Fork In The Road, and reuben rolls and smokehouse burger at David Alan Alan’s.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
We’ll have lived here for 20 years this fall-time sure flies!

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
? We have so many terrific leaders in our community, but some stand outs are Craig Vertz, Chris Walker, Sheryl Grossman and Sara Pitcel. They continuously pour into our children and can be found volunteering at events throughout the year.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Turks and Caicos because of the turquoise water and sandy white beaches

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
JAWS is the one movie I can watch over and over again and still jump EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Q: What advice would you give to people?
Fill your life with experiences, not things. Have stories to tell, not stuff to show.

Q: What is something on your bucket list?
Cage dive with great white sharks

Q: What is your go to band when you can’t decide what to listen to?
Black Eyed Peas or Jennifer Lopez. Much to my kids’ dismay, Alexa knows to play 90s rap when I’m tidying up the house!

Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Don’t judge me because two are liquor stores, but I LOVE Village Wine and Liquor, Main Street Liquor and Americana Flower Station. Their customer service exceeds my expectations every time I visit!

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Tom Ferry because I enjoy the way in which he delivers his material. I would introduce him to the famous house salad and pomegranate martinis at the Fork In The Road!

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
My favorite thing about our community is those who reside in it-from our school staff to those who serve us at local businesses! They are there to offer a helpful hand or a kind word and that does not just happen everywhere.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
I see us living our best lives on the lake!

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
If I’m going to go down the rabbit hole on YouTube, I’m watching aviation disasters.

Q: What is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
Puerto Vallarta

Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
I LOVE a sunshine-filled day in October with colorful leaves blowing in the gentle wind

Q: What is one or two of your favorite smells?
