I have been blessed to have lived in this community my entire life. I grew up in North Prairie, am a proud 1983 graduate of Mukwonago High School, married and have lived in Mukwonago since 1985.
Faith and family are important. I have lived a busy life which included being on the PTO at Section School and Rolling Hills, Girl Scout leader, Mukwonago JV Softball Coach, and a cheerleader for my children and their numerous sports. I am a Christian and a member of St James in Mukwonago. Driving up and down Hwy NN back and forth to Miniwaukan, the Junior High and High School were joys I didn’t realize at the time.
I am an Ultrasound Technologist by trade, having worked at Waukesha Memorial Hospital for 8 years and later starting the Ultrasound department at Moreland Medical Center. I am Founder and Executive Director of Life’s Connection in Mukwonago.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have been married to my husband John for 35 years. We have 4 children: Kayla (married to Mike), Ryan (married to Rebecca), Daniel (soon to be married to his high school sweetheart, Jacque) and Jacob. We have 2 grand daughters: Lyla and Madelyn and a little boy coming anytime now.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
At Life’s Connection. I am able to walk pregnancy journeys with families in our community. Every little baby is a gift. I feel honored to share the joys and even the sorrows of those who are expecting babies. Sometimes pregnancies end in loss and families need support as they navigate through this. Helping families through parenting and adoption is so important as we all need a little help and someone to lean on occasionally. I also enjoy teaching families strong parenting skills as well as childbirth and pregnancy classes. We are strengthening our community in doing so and it is nice to be the place to come to for support, material help and a listening ear.
