Please highlight your accomplishments while in High School.
While in high school, I was a scholar athlete all 4 years. I played baseball 3 years at Mukwonago (sophomore year was canceled due to covid) and played football my freshman and sophomore year. My junior year I was first team all conference for baseball, and recently was selected to play in the Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association All-Star game. Outside of high school, I played travel baseball all my summers and practiced all year round. Recently, I finished my summer baseball career at Hitters Baseball at the end of October. Shortly after that I committed to Madison College to play baseball. Throughout all of this, I maintained a cumulative 3.7 GPA while taking 2 AP courses.
Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My family has been huge in my life and have played a vital role in my successes. My parents, Amy and Brian, have always pushed me to be my best and always have been with me through it all. Throughout all my years playing baseball, they have only missed 1 tournament, which happened to be in Atlanta. When I was younger, they always drove me to all my practices and games and encouraged me to be the best I can be. My younger sister, Katie, who will be a senior at Mukwonago, has also encouraged me throughout my career. She has always been someone I could talk to about anything and always helped me when I needed it. I will always be thankful for my family’s endless love and support.
What are your plans after graduation?
In the fall, I will be attending Madison College to study business. I have always found the business side of companies interesting because of all that goes on deeper than what we see on the outside. After my 2 years there, I hope to transfer to a larger university to continue to play baseball and finish up my degree.

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
If I could travel anywhere in the world right now, I think I would choose to travel to Turks and Caicos islands. I have always been a sucker for tropical destinations and really enjoy traveling places like that.
What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?

If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
If I had to give advice to the younger classes, I would say make high school fun. It is 4 years of your life that you are required to go through, so why not make it an enjoyable 4 years? Take it all in because it really does go by fast.
If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?
The Office
If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
If I had to choose someone to have lunch with, I think I would choose Elon Musk. Not only is he becoming one of the world’s most successful people, but he is also a genius. I would love to have a conversation with him and kind of pick his brain on things. I would choose to eat at David Alan Alan’s.
What is your favorite thing about our community?
One of my favorite things about the community is how small, yet big it is. It seems like everyone knows everyone around Mukwonago, but still draws people in from all over. Another thing I like is that everyone is very friendly.
What have you done to make Mukwonago a better place?
I have volunteered at a couple events, some of which being baseball camps and I always try to shop local when I buy things because it supports local businesses.
Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
In 5 to 10 years, my dream would be to be playing professional baseball, but besides that, I would like to have my degree and be done with school, unless I am going for my masters. After that I would like to settle down and find a job in business, or maybe run my own.
What is something on your bucket list?
One thing that is on my bucket list is going out to the mountains in Colorado to snowboard. I have family near the mountains but we have never had time to go there in the winter to visit some of the slopes.
What is your go to band / singer when you can’t decide what to listen to?

Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
My favorite month is probably May because it is just starting to get warm and that is really when baseball starts to get interesting late in the season.
What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
Being on the lake on a hot day, sitting in a tree stand during the rut, hitting a walk-off
Who inspires you to be better?
My dad really inspires me to be better because he is always on me to be my best and work my hardest.
Who would you like to give a Shout Out to that contributed to your success?
I want to give a shout out to my parents, coaches, and teachers for always supporting and encouraging me. I would not be where I am today without any of them!
